OVERLAY CONTACT BUTTONS
Silver alloy (AgCdO, Fine Ag, AgCuNi) diffusion bonded with OF grade Copper or copper alloy to produce bimetal contact with thicker than usual contact for specific applications.
Total thickness can be upto 25 mm.
Serrations/texture or brazing Layer on copper alloy side optional.

Primarily used in low voltage Miniature Circuit breakers with extremely good switching properties of welding resistance, low contact resistance, and good lubricity in sliding applications. We manufacture silver graphite tips with extrusion method for better density and switching properties.
